Week 1 recap- Week one my goal was to completely avoid soda and to drink more water instead of other drinks that would be more caloric.
I was a big success on week number 1. Absolutely no soda consumed and I managed to keep off the 4 pounds that I lost with the stomach flu just as the week started
Week 2 plan- This week I am going to continue with week 1’s change and add on exercise 3 times this week. This will also continue after this week but this week my goal is 3 days of exercise(preferably beginning my running program)
I had originally intended for week 2 to be portion control but the flu has made that a more natural path and so I wanted exercise to begin in earnest instead.
